Refund policy
Our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Procedure to follow
To complete your return, we require your order number. You can email us at boutique@palmex-international.com or fill out the contact form right here.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and you will be credited via the payment method with which you completed the transaction. The delay may be a few days, depending on your financial institution.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at boutique@palmex-international.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged.
Shipping costs
If you change your mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). They are not refundable. If you are credited with an item, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
